Excellent graphic! Great visual tool for everyone!
Wow…message transferred very clearly and in simple words…ll
Great start but I wish there were more actionable steps to help your child who “doesn’t want to talk about it”.
My experience with kids is that they learn most effectively by seeing you demonstrate the method. The old “do what I say, not what I do” approach is always doomed to failure.
Nice illustration mostly rebt is used here
I use lots of relsiliency stuff, this is great thank you
This is so good, thank you
Very well expressed through illustrations. Flows very well. You could have given a few steps on how to “catch the thought”…..how to distance yourself from them and observe them. But I really liked the article.Thank you.
I love this visual!!
Excellent introduction to resilience – nice and simple story telling approach
The thoughts are very well expressed

Excellent! Thank you very much and please keep the goodwork going
thanks heaps! any chance of a preschool example like making a block tower that falls down? (just off the top of my head)
