Have you ever felt so anxious or tired that you just wanted to turn your brain off? Those body cues communicate that we need a brain break! This MindCraft encourages two stress-relieving practices: meditative coloring and resting. After putting your mask together, set a timer and take a break for that allotted time, or put on a calming song and rest until it’s over.
